Business Password Manager PASSWORDS

A tool that lets employees and teams store and share passwords in a secure vault. It eliminates passwords floating around in Excel, email and sticky notes.

When you need it

• Teams share passwords for shared accounts (social media, supplier portals, banking)
• Passwords are kept in Excel files or email
• You use many web applications that can't connect to SSO
• Internal systems (network device panels, printers, camera recorders, legacy business apps) have shared accounts

When you do not need it

• If all applications are connected through SSO, the need is smaller; you still need a small license for shared accounts that stay outside SSO.

The vault can be hosted in the cloud or on premises; employees use it on their own devices through a browser extension and mobile app. Business accounts, sign-in via SSO, and MFA required. A departing employee's vault access should close automatically from the identity provider. Administrator passwords for servers and network devices belong in PAM.
